How it works
We make at-home diagnostics easy for physicians and exceptional for their patients. Rapid diagnostic testing and resulting facilitates emergency room and hospital avoidance.
1. Send the order
Create and share the order with Adomo directly from your phone, EHR, fax or any other preferred secure method.
2. We handle all the logisitics
We'll coordinate with your patient to receive a top-notch ancillary service and then we'll bring that service directly to their doorstep.
3. Receive the Results
The diagnostic results (or treatment response) will be provided to your practicedirectly following the encounter; we’llfollow up with every patient to ensure theyhave an exceptional experience.

What is the Adomo Health service area - and does it need to be in my home?
Adomo service is currently offered in New York - including the Hamptons - New Jersey and Connecticut. Adomo is able to provide our mobile ancillary services in almost any reasonable location. We can go to the patient's office, hotel room, their doctor's office, a friend's house, or, of course, their home. We can also see patient's in our offices at 245 5th Ave. Suite 302, NY, NY 10016 if that is more convenient.

Who provides the care?
The providers of care vary based upon the service ordered, but all of our technicians, medical assistants, nurses, PA's and physicians are fully licened, credentialed, experienced, vetted, background checked, and trained. We focus aggressively on engaging great people and pride ourselves on working with some of the best and most patient-oriented service providers in the industry.
What are the payment options?
We accept all major credit cards, and we also accept HSA/FSA cards and payments. While we are out of network with all insurance plans, we can provide a Superbill upon request that can be submitted to the patient's insurer for possible out of network reimbursement. Actual reimbursement is dependent upon the patient's specific plan and we make no assertions as to how much if any will be reimbursed.
How soon can you see a new patient?
Amazingly, we can see a new patient in the next 3 hours! This response time is available between 8am and 10pm 365 days/year in defined primary geographies.
